Once there was a witch

Jackson loves to hear scary stories. Especially in the car to pass the time. He has even been making up his own scary stories. Lately he tells this story about a witch who doesn't have a broom. Every time he tells it a little differently. This time the candy and trick or treating was added. A few time ago the broken glass was added. It is funny to hear what he comes up with.

Here is the story that I wrote down last night so that we could remember it.

Once There Was a Witch

by Jackson Jurgens

Once there was a witch and she didn't have a broom. So she walked across the forest. Then she heard a sweep, sweep, sweep. She went closer and closer and closer. But the door was not locked. So she knocked on the door. But it was not locked so you could get in. There was Halloween candy there. She took the broom and the candy, but she did not say trick or treat. Or ask for the broom. She just took the candy and the broom and didn't ask for anything. She lived in a cave. She got on the broom and flew out the window. Glass got everywhere.

The end.

Way to go Jackson!
Kir, you're kids are too cute. Oh, and by the way we got a special package in the mail the other day. You out did yourself. The balls are very cute. My girls love them. (they kind of took them over) And the blocks with our special places on them... very cool. And the nursing cover is exactly what I need. I've never been very good at modestly nursing. So THANKS! You're a peach!
